Courtyard Cottages
The comfortable sitting rooms have warm, open fires, wireless broadband access, CD stereos, satellite televisions and video recorders. Each cottage also has a utility room with washing machine. The two larger cottages have especially spacious dining areas and sitting rooms, ideal for entertaining. All the bedrooms are equally spacious with king size beds, convertible to twin, and every bedroom has an en suite bathroom.
The kitchen / dining room areas open on to south or west facing terraces with views to the mountains. The kitchens are equipped with gas hobs, double ovens, microwaves and dishwashers. Orchard Cottage
Situated within easy walking distance of Beaufort House, it is equipped to the same very high standard as the courtyard cottages but in a more modern style with solid oak flooring throughout. It has three bedrooms, two with en suite shower rooms and one with en suite bathroom. As with the courtyard cottages all the bedrooms can have either twin beds or a kingsize double bed with Egyptian cotton sheets and duvets.
The spacious open plan kitchen dining room features a double oven, micro wave, fridge freezer and dishwasher. There is a downstairs cloakroom and a utility room with washing machine a drier. The walled garden is adjacent to the Beaufort Bar and Restaurant and within walking distance of the village shop. It is ideal as a holiday rental in its own right or in providing additional accommodation for clients renting the main house and cottages, providing accommodation for six extra guests, and increasing total capacity to 36.

These
lovely cottages are completely self sufficient and very well equipped.
They are named after Killarney's rivers. The largest, Laune, has
four bedrooms, Flesk has three bedrooms and Torc and Keal each have
two bedrooms.
We provide all linen including
Egyptian cotton bed linen and bath towels but beach towels are not
provided.
We
have recently completed a small development in part of the old walled
garden at Beaufort and one of the houses, Orchard Cottage, is available
for rental.
Downstairs
there is a sitting room with open fire, comfortable sofas and a
television, DVD player and CD stereo.
