Beaufort House: Rental: 5,500 euros per week
Laune Cottage (4 bedrooms) 1300 euros per week
Flesk Cottage (3 bedrooms) 950 euros per week
Keal Cottage ( 2 bedrooms) 750 euros per week
Torc Cottage (2 bedrooms) 750 euros per week
Orchard Cottage (3 bedroom) 900 euros per week
Bookings run Saturday to Saturday
Main House rates include cleaning on weekdays
Additional Charges
The accommodation charge covers everything except utilities
(gas and electricity), which are metered and charged at cost.
A telephone is available by prior request for the Main House
and the Orchard cottage. The Main House and Courtyard Cottages
have broadband internet access available. The access fee is
10 euros per week.

Occupancy: The main house and Laune Cottage sleep eight people
each. Flesk sleeps six people and Torc and Laune sleep four
people each. All the bedrooms can have either a kingsize double
bed or two single beds. These figures are maximum numbers
and cannot normally be exceeded. (However we do have two extra
children's beds and two cribs but these are allocated on a
first come first served basis and are not always available.)
Terms and Conditions
for Beaufort House and Cottages
When confirming their bookings at Beaufort House and cottages,
clients are deemed to have read and accepted these terms and
conditions.
At the time of booking we request a deposit of 20% of the
total accommodation charge. This can be paid by credit card
(MasterCard or Visa) bank to bank transfer or cheque. If payment
is by cheque from overseas banks, clients should be aware
that transaction charges may be incurred for which they will
be responsible.
30 days before the date of arrival the remaining 80% of the
accommodation charge is payable.
For bookings made at less than 30 days notice the total accommodation
charge is payable at the time of booking.
Unless these payment terms are adhered to we cannot guarantee
to hold the accommodation.
CANCELLATION
In the event that the booking is cancelled 90 days or more
before
the date of arrival the 20% deposit is refundable and no charges
are incurred. If the booking is cancelled at less than 90
but more than 30 days notice the deposit is forfeit.
If the rental is cancelled at less than 30 days notice the
entire accommodation charge is forfeit (However we will attempt
to re let the accommodation and if we succeed in doing so
we will refund the corresponding charges).
We strongly recommend that our clients
ensure that they have suitable insurance cover to refund them
in case of ill health, cancelled flights or other unforeseen
occurrences preventing their arrival.
